Unlike other commercially available ice creams, our ice creams are made with real cream and sugar, these keeps our ice creams soft even when frozen.
Yes, they are hand made using only slow churners and hand
whisks. We follow the traditional three step process to make our ice creams, no
automation or industrial machinery.
Usually they do not as we deliver in thermal cooler boxes with plenty of ice. However in case of long/distant delivery, they may soften a little but not melt. We advise our customers to keep them in the freezer at least for an hour before consumption.
Unfortunately not. Our products are available through online order and home delivery basis only.
As our products require personalized attention during
delivery, we are currently delivering only within Dhaka metro areas. However,
we have plans to start delivering our products to other major cities in near
future.
Our order cut-off time is 11:00am for same day delivery (subject to stock availability). Orders received after 11:00am are usually delivered the next day.
Our delivery time is between 2:00-7:00pm everyday subject to
weather and road condition.
