Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at omg-icecream.com. We’re here to help you. You can simply return or exchange products as per below conditions. You can raise a replacement request on the Website or by calling our Customer Service team on 01886-972810 or chat with us at omg-icecream.com. A user may return any product during the time of delivery or on the same delivery day.

Here's the conditions for returning any items:

1. Delivering wrong product to customers.

2. If products found damaged during delivery.

3. If the product is not same as described in website

4. If customers have received any product with wrong quality and quantity.

5. Product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.

6. You have to inform Omg-icecream.com about return the product within the same delivery day.

Refund Policy:

OMG Handcrafted Ice Cream is always tries to deliver the best products on time to its customers. But if we are not able to provide or deliver the products to our customers, we will notify you within 12 hours for any special item requested by customers and 6 hours for any icecream items via phone, text or email. If the service, that OMG Handcrafted Ice Cream fails to complete, requires any refund, it be done maximum within 7 Days after our acknowledgement.  

Refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:

1. If customer cancel the order (Full or Partial) after payment.

2. If Omg-icecream.com is not able to fulfill the order or if the products are discontinued by Omg-icecream.com.

Refund Process:

1. To apply for refund customer has to contact at the helpline 01886-972810.

2. Our Customer Service Team will send a refund form to the customer by email from refund@omg-icecream.com.

3. Customer will fill up the refund form and resend it to refund@omg-icecream.com

4.  After receiving the email from customer Omg-icecream.com will take 5 days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.

5. If the refund amount is below Tk 10,000 for CoD the refund amount will be disbursed through bKash/Mobile Wallet account of the customer.

6. If the refund amount is above Tk. 10,000 for CoD, Omg-icecream.com will issue an account payee cheque to the customers.
