1. How do I Sign in from Omg-icecream.com?

You can register by clicking on the "Sign in" button at the top right corner of the homepage. Please provide the information in the form that appears.

2.  Are there any charges for registration?

No. Registration on Omg-icecream.com is absolutely free.

3.  Is it necessary to have an Omg-icecream.com account to purchase?

Yes, you need to have an account in Omg-icecream.com to purchase online grocery items,

If you don’t have any account you can order from our hotline 01886-972810 or social media page Facebook and Instagram and our customer service representative will assist you to open an account and place an order for you.

We recommended to have a register account. As registered customer, you have few future conveniences like fast & easy Check Out, easy access to your order history and status.

4. Can I have multiple registrations?

No you can’t have multiple account with same email address. Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Omg-icecream.com account.

5. Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can update addresses multiple times in your Jogaan account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

6. What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at Omg-icecream.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, credit note details as well as see your order history and update your contact details.

7.  How does the order process work?

From Omg-icecream.com you can select your desired products and then add them in your shopping cart. After adding the products in your cart you have to select your payment methods and give your address, delivery time. Our customer service team will call you to confirm your order and after that our delivery man will deliver the order to your door step.

8.  How can I get update about my order?

You can trace your order from your user account and our delivery man will also call you after reaching at your address. You can also call our customer service team for latest update about your product delivery.

10.  What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 10 am to 8 pm every day. You can also select your convenient time for delivering your product.

11.  What will I do if I cannot find my desired product?

If you cannot find our desired product in our huge product list then you can suggest us for that product. We will try our level best to provide your desired product. We have a feature that call “Product Request” here you can add your product picture and also details to get your product. You can also call 01886-972810 or mail us at order@Omg-icecream.com to add an item to our inventory.

12.  Do you deliver during any Strike or political problems or Holiday?

Yes, we are always try to satisfy our customers and our dedicated workforce always try to keep our customers satisfy.

13.  What about your prices?

We set our prices at the products MRP. We do not charge extra prices. Products without MRP tag will be charged based on our website price.

14.  What are the modes of payment?

You can pay for your order on Omg-icecream.com using the following modes of payment: Cash on delivery, Credit and Debit cards (VISA / MasterCard/ AMEX) and mobile wallet (Bkash / Rocket).

15.  Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Omg-icecream.com?

Yes, it is safe to use your card on Omg-icecream.com as we using https certifications. Our purchase system is totally automatic and we do not store any Bank account information on our server. Only customer basic information has been stored for customer convenience.

Moreover, we are using a secured and reliable payment gateway of Bangladesh

 

16.  Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There is no VAT. All prices are same as shown in the website. If vat is applicable by govt of Bangladesh we will charge accordingly.

17.  What is the meaning of Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?

If you do not prefer to make an online payment on Omg-icecream.com then you have an option for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment on Omg-icecream.com. In case of COD you have to receive the invoice/money receipt form the delivery man.

18.  If I pay by Debit card/ Credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded as per refund policy of OMG Handcrafted Ice Cream. You can also contact our customer Service team and they will assist you in refund your money.

19.  Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

20.  When will I receive my order?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on your desired day. Normally we delivery before 1 PM order within the day, the rest of order will be delivered in the next. 

21.  Do you deliver in my area?

We are currently deliver in Dhaka Metropolitan area only.

22.  Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer service team will keep you updated about your delivery.

23.  What is the minimum or maximum order for delivery?

Minimum order delivery is Tk. 300. You can order up to Tk. 10000 in a single order for COD. If you pay in advance by debit or credit or Mobile wallet you can enjoy unlimited order facility.

24.  Can I change my order delivery slot after placing the order?

Normally delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer service team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

25.  Is it possible to order an item which is out of stock?

No, you can only order products which are in stock. We try to ensure availability of all products on our website however due to supply chain issues sometimes this is not possible. In this case you can also place your requirement in our product request option in the category section.

26.  How do I check the current status of my order?

The only way you can check the status of your order is by contacting our customer service team. You can also check it from your account.

27.  How do I check which items were not available from my order?

If any of your ordered product is not available then our customer service team will contact you.

29.  What will I do if the product is damaged?

You can return the product to our delivery man and you can pay after deducting the product amount to our delivery man.

30.  Do you have offline stores?

No, we do not have any offline store. Omg-icecream.com is an online based store.

31.  Where can I find currently running offers/ promotions?

You can easily find the running offers or promotions in a category above our category bar in our website.

32.  I am a corporate/ business institution Can I place orders with Omg-icecream.com?

Yes, we do bulk supply of products at special prices to institutions such as schools, restaurants and corporates. Please contact as at 01886-972810 to know more or visit www.omg-icecream.com

33.  Do I get The Full Amount Returned/Refunded to me for a Returned Item?

34.  What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge is Tk. 60 taka. There will be no delivery charge if the order crosses the amount 500 taka. 

35.  Are your products of high quality?

We try to make the partnership with the best merchants available in Bangladesh. Many famous brands have already joined us, and many are yet to come! So yes, our products are of high quality.

36.  If any item from my order is missing, what should I do?

If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service team mentioning your order number and the name and code number of the missing item. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

37.  How can I search for products on your website?

There are two ways to search for products on our website. Either you can browse through our categories option, or you can search for your product by typing the desired product name in our “Search bar".

38.  How will I know if my payment has been successful?

Upon successful completion of placing an order, an ‘Order Confirmation’ page will be shown which has all your order details. You will also receive an Order Confirmation email to your provided email ID and you will also get a SMS.

39.  What type of cards do you except?

Any valid Visa, American Express, MasterCard from any bank will work. Any valid MasterCard, Visa card from any country can be processed.

40.  Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Omg-icecream.com?

There are absolutely no hidden cost except the delivery charge when you make a purchase with Omg-icecream.com. Our delivery charge is Tk. 30. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

We have contact with wholesalers, manufacturers and importers. We ensure the quality product.
